A Successful Start-up of Baotuo TM9-Crescent Former Tissue Machine at Cailun Paper of Shaoneng Group
On October 18, 2022, Baotuo TM9 was successfully put into production after two days of adjustment at Cailun Paper of Shaoneng Group in Leiyang city. This machine is a high-speed Crescent Former tissue machine with a width of 2850mm, a design speed of 1600m/min and a production capacity of over 20000tpy. It mainly produces high-grade facial tissue and toilet roll.
Shaoneng Group and Baosuo have built a business relationship over years. In May 2020, Shaoneng Group and Baotuo Paper Machine, a subsidiary of Baosuo Group, signed a contract for 16 sets of Baotuo new tissue making equipment. The project started construction in July 2020. Four months later, the first tissue machine was successfully put into operation. By the end of last year, a total of 8 tissue machines were successfully put into operation. TM9 is the first tissue production line which started up this year.
Founded in May 2020, Cailun Paper of Shaoneng Group located in Leiyang City, Hunan Province. The company has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and plans to produce 500,000 tons of papermaking annually after completion.
